LOS ANGELES, CA, October 13, 2015 – Alter Agents, a newly evolved market research company originating from the Dialogue research firm, today announced the launch of its new brand. The founding partners combine their decades of market research experience to help admired client brands ignite action with powerful and revealing shopper insights. Concurrently, Alter Agents is unveiling a new consumer packaged goods (CPG) research platform, dubbed Shopper STAT (Spend, Triggers, Attitudes, and Trends), enabling retailers to harvest deeper shopper insights in the CPG space that authentically and accurately represent a shopper’s experience.
Rebecca Brooks, Founder of Alter Agents, said, “When we started this rebranding process, we were looking to position our expertise in the marketplace, specifically playing to our strengths as a team. The new name, Alter Agents, came from several months of brand identity research to get at the heart of what the company provides for clients. The result is a company focused on being a catalyst within an organization by using research as an actionable change agent.
Alter Agents’ new tool, Shopper STAT, is comprised of a data offering based on continuous sampling of shoppers who bought groceries in the last 24 hours. The study is robust, collecting 1,000 interviews per week and capturing 20 CPG categories. This shopper marketing data is positioned specifically to authentically and accurately represent the shopper experience leading to insights that ignite action. A fast iteration reporting process delivers clients a tailored, focused report that focuses on maximizing purchase opportunities for brands.
