Alter Agents Expands Research Team: Welcoming Taylor Torres & Lauren Cline!

We’re excited to announce that our team is growing again! Join us in welcoming two new Agents: Taylor Torres and Lauren Cline. In their new roles with us, Taylor and Lauren will join the research project team and be involved in all parts of the research process, from programming and management of surveys in the field all the way to developing reports that can help inform critical business decisions. We’re already impressed with their contributions to the team and can’t wait to see what the future holds for them here.

Taylor TorresSenior Research Analyst Taylor Torres joins us from industry peer Vital Findings and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno. She’s passionate about taking the time to thoroughly understand the stories we can tell from data and tying them to a deep appreciation for the complexity of human behavior. She values being a team player above all and loves the intensely collaborative culture at Alter Agents. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys hiking in the Hollywood Hills, reading, and spending time with the people she loves.

Lauren Cline

Research Analyst Lauren Cline joins us from agency Rincon Strategies and holds a BS in Business Administration from University of the Pacific and completed her Master of Management Studies from Duke University. In her work, she’s particularly focused on identifying patterns in the data to drive analysis that illuminates respondents’ sentiments. She’s quick to take the initiative, but focuses on quality over all else. In her off-work hours, you can find Lauren working on her fitness, mindfulness, and beach volleyball game.

We’re always excited to bring thoughtful, sharp researchers like Taylor and Lauren on board. We’re always on the lookout for new talent, so let us know if you’re interested.
